NB90 50A relay with TUV, UL，CQC certifications

  NB90 relay, with 50A Normally Open type, meet the European Standard requirements of 7KW new energy EV charging piles: The dielectric strength between coil and contact is 4KV, GAP 1.5mm, Withstand impulse current between contacts is 3KA and withstand impulse voltage between contacts is 6KV.

   This relay volume: 32*27.5*20.5mm,the height is only 20mm. Contact load capacity resistance 50A, motor load 2HP, lamp load TV-15. (TV-15 is UL loading parameter, indicating the anti-surge capability level.)

          NB90 50A relay which used in European standard EV charging piles: widen the stationary terminals, thicken the contact silver layer, enlarge the contact diameter, Gap 1.5mm, contact resistance Max.3mΩ，double reeds plus the braided copper wire. All of these let our relay with excellent Endurance&low Temperature rise. Endurance reports show:40A/277VAC 50,000ops, 32A/277VAC 100,000ops. Temperature rise test reports show: at 55℃incubator, with holding voltage 6V, 2h, the temperature rise of 32A is 20-24℃, of 50A is 28-32℃.
